Poetry Festival

Today we had the Koru Whanau Poetry Festival. 
Three children from each class were picked to say their poem in the hall. 
Callum, Yasmin and Ashley did such a fantastic job saying their poems in front of all those people!



At the end they all received their certificates.

    You were all amazing! I was very impressed with how clearly and slowly you spoke. When students get up on stage they usually feel a bit nervous and that makes you speak faster BUT you guys didn't do that! Keep up the Sunnyhills shine.
